Summer PEIt is always good for your body to be fit and active. Activities that are heart and body healthy include walking and exercises that work all of your muscle groups. 

Fitness activities for children include: calisthenics, jumping rope, running, jogging, playing sports, hiking and physical fitness activities such as pull-ups, push-ups, short sprints, long jumps and timed distance runs.

Physical activity promotes agility, hand, foot and eye coordination, increased cardiovascular capacity, build endurance and physical stamina and increased circulation. In addition, brain development occurs through new transmitter connections thus increasing thinking speed and promotes problem solving abilities.

Healthy bodies lead to healthy minds. This has a positive influence on school performance. Be healthy. Get physically active. 30-60 minutes per day can improve your health.
